Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at service@clottya.com,including your order number and the reason for cancellation.
a. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and not yet shipped are eligible for a full refund.
b. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return after receiving the package.
c. Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us for further assistance.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original tags attached.

All returns or exchanges must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Returns without tracking information will not be processed.
Return Process

service@clottya.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a clear explanation of the issue along with supporting photographs. Returns without prior approval may be refused.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Please send the item back using the provided return address and include the following information inside the package: Order Number, Email Address, and Full Name. This information is required to process your refund.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Once approved, your refund will be issued, and you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds typically take 5–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition. If you do not receive your refund within 15 days after confirmation, please contact us.
