Any content you submit to Clottya, including reviews, comments, feedback, or suggestions (“Submissions”), shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting content, you grant Clottya a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, and display such content in any form or medium.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to your Submissions

• Your Submissions do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

Clottya reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any Submissions at its discretion.

Orders, Payments & Cancellation

Clottya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

Only orders in paid, processing, or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled. Orders that have already shipped or been packed cannot be canceled.

All orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered delivered. Clottya cannot be held liable for claims of non-delivery in such cases.

Shipping & Customs

Clottya ships from multiple warehouses worldwide. Orders may be split into multiple packages depending on stock availability.

All shipments are delivered duty unpaid. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. Clottya cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon dispatch of the order.

Customer Code of Conduct

Clottya is committed to providing respectful and professional customer service. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unreasonable behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated.

Clottya reserves the right to refuse service or future orders from customers who engage in unacceptable conduct.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All products and services provided by Clottya are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Clottya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clottya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Clottya’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the month preceding the claim.

Applicable Law

Termination
