Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are generally processed within the next 2 business days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, processing may be delayed by up to 2 additional business days. If your order contains out-of-stock items, processing and shipment may require up to 5 extra business days.

Please note that Clottya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as possible to file a claim.
